• Bell is a 10. Her cut and color is exceptional. However, the salon atmosphere has changed in the past six months (pandemic aside) and there are more stylists on the floor which at times seems disorganized. Coming from NYC, as a customer, I enjoyed watching stylists cut and hair each others hair and work in harmony. I find it odd that a stylist is wearing booty shorts, while other stylists are dressed business casual. No one says hello when you enter the salon and that makes an impression and sets the standard. Only when Belle is present am I welcomed. Attentiveness is paramount and clientele, no matter what salon, like to be greeted and made to feel special. Businesses thrive because of satisfied customers.
