• Super fun class. Very supportive fellow students. Great individual attention from Chris the instructor to get me up to speed for future classes. Super encouraging and invigorating. So much better than new-fangled faddish class types with too much unnecessarily complicated equipment. This is back to basics boxing and physical training where proper form and breathing is key.
