The gym is clean and has ample space/equipment. The workouts are well thought out and planned. The coaching is the perfect mix of pushing and encouraging.

If I could rate higher than 10, I would. Modern has become like a family. I bring my son to all my workouts and not only do the staff treat him like family, but so do many of the other gym members. The staff is knowledgeable and motivating. So glad it's open!
