Group classes are excellent, just wish there was a little bit more critiques on form from trainers

Loved Lauren a lot! She was super sweet and accommodating. The only thing I would change, I felt like the circuits were a little too long for the class time, so I wasn't able to get through with the last circuit. Would definitely recommend the gym!!
