• really awesome staff-really friendly. My facial was AMAZING. Love all the aesthetics. but the only reason I gave a 9 and not a 10 was because when I was checking out, the lady didn't really look like she knew what she was doing when trying to take my gift certificate. Ended up taking a good 15 mins and had to charge my card and then refund it. And then took the code for the certificate like 5 times. I don't know if she was new or something and I wasn't in a rush, so I didn't mind because I know how it is. But definitely shouldn't have taken that long. overall, a great experience and I'll be back.
