• The experience was great! The staff kept me engaged so I didn't think about the temperature. I felt great all weekend following my treatment on Friday. I had so much energy; I was able to walk in the sand on the beach without being purely exhausted and I was able to do things around the house I have not been able to in a while.

• I was a little nervous, and it was cold-of course- but totally doable. And only lasts for 3 min. Afterwards I felt so invigorated, the way I feel after snow skiing. And I slept better that night than I had in forever!
