• Estella KNOWS therapeutic/medical massage. I was thoroughly impressed with her technique and knowledge of anatomy and my conditions relates to piri formis syndrome and sciatica. She knew right where to go and how to identify triggers. Aggressive approach which is what I asked for...was afraid I would be bruised and sore in areas where triggers where worked intensely. To my delight, no areas where bruised, sore (in a bad way) or exacerbated. Symptoms and discomfort have disappeared! Very happy!! I will be back. :)
