• 1. Carol was very good, addressed.all areas I wanted and basically went as deeply as I wanted in almost everywhere. Not everyone can manage that. 2. Very accommodating...managed to juggle a client so I could have 1.5 hrs vs 1.0 I had originally booked for 3. Will make sure I get an appointment next time I visit
