• For casual appointments that aren't part of a package, a non-refundable deposit is required on booking to secure your spot. For treatments lasting 1 hour or less, the deposit is $50. For treatments lasting 1 hour or more, the deposit is $100.
• Clients must arrive 5-10 (unless advised by MLABS) minutes early to all appointments to ensure that your appointment runs for the full duration of your scheduled booking time and the appropriate consent forms are filled out.
• If you are running late the clinic reserves the right to cut your treatment time or reschedule your appointment which may result in forfeiting a treatment from a pre-purchased pack, or forfeiting your deposit. This is to ensure our therapists do not run late for their next appointment.
• For all new client bookings, you will be required to pre-pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking, this will come off the total of the treatment on the day of the appointment. A Visia Skin Consultation is $99 – this is redeemable if you purchase a package of treatments on the day. For any other skin treatment or laser hair removal treatment it will be a $50 - $100 deposit depending on the treatment booked and the length of the appointment.
• Booking fees and deposits are non-refundable for change of mind - we will issue credit to your account to use with a 6 month expiry.
• A notification reminder will be sent via SMS 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Should you receive a second SMS reminder and not respond, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment or offer your appointment time to another client. We understand that you may need to change your booking, and we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours to allow us enough time to offer that spot to another client, please phone the clinic on 9654 7562 or email admin@mlabs.com.au if you cannot make your booking.
