Everybody at the gym is nice and there's a really good atmosphere all around. Training is the best quality you can find, but also friendly and fun! Very happy with MKG and everybody there!

The head instructor, Rick, was friendly and well-educated. He taught class in a fun and easy to understand manner. Even included very interesting historical and cultural notes. Love it!
