You asked: "Based in this visit..." Megan was the teacher of the class I just took. The quality of her instruction is superb. She adheres to the dialogue, and enriches that with insights and guidance that really enhance my practice. Plus, the energy and vibe in this studio is so positive. There is a real community here. The facility is great. I have been to other studios in the Twin Cities, Chicago, Philadelphia and Florida. They were all nice studios and yogis ....What you'd expect from a yoga studio. But, there is no place like home, and this place feels like home to me.
