I would and HAVE recommended your yoga studio based upon the following things: 1)The ability to do face to face yoga from my home. 2) Remarkably skilled and attentive instructors. 3) Workout that is so thought through, so all encompassing, full body challenge. 4) Instructor attitude / temperament is varied and yet a common thread exists - accepting, loving, genuine. 5) The use of a single routine allows me to see my progress over months of time, to get learn words of another language, the practice and experience of yoga as well as get comfortable working towards mastery. When there are new poses all the time, and new routines, all the time is spent learning the new routine, rather than focusing in, and on your body, learning new things about your body as it changes and masters the poses.
