Superb teachers---much different than a "gym" yoga instructor, nice ambience with candles, good temperature, love the cold cloths at the end.
Loved the instructor and atmosphere of the class. This was my first time at Mindpose and I will be back!

I have been going to MindPose for about 2 years now and it has been amazing. I travel for my job and I usually try and visit another Yoga studio while I am out of town. Each time I do I realize how amazing Mindpose is. They put a lot into making sure everyone that is there will get what they need.
