Jenni unexpectedly filled in for Kurt last Friday and did a fabulous job teaching on the spot. I really appreciate her sincere talk tracks and hands on adjustments

I absolutely love the types of Vinyasa flows Mindpose teaches. All of the instructors are kind and knowledgeable. The atmosphere of the room is incredible. It is such a beautiful, healing space. I look forward to it every week!
