It was my first align class and I loved the structure and teacher of this class it was great!
Great teaching. A beautiful meditation was incorporated throughout the practice, it was a solid workout, and I felt amazing at the end. I would just say that a 75 minute class in a hot room is a lot, like too much haha!
Our instructor led the most blissful class with such deliberate but flowing movement. I haven't been to a yoga class in years and our experience definitely reminded us how much we need good yoga in our life.
