I love the instructors and the environment on the studio
I have always had a positive, relaxing experience at Mindpose. I leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I love attending Adam's class on Saturday mornings.
I LOVE Mindpose!! I have tried to do yoga at home , even paid for a subscription. I am telling you it is not
The same. At Mindpose you get the whole body , mind and sprit experience.
I love mine pose yoga. I have been wanting to do a regular membership for a very long time. The only reason I did not give it a 10 is because there are not enough times of classes offered for me to merit getting a membership. I would like to feel like I could go most any time in the morning.
The other reason I didn't give it a 10 is because the price is just a little too high for me and I wish that there were good deals on punchcards.
