The teacher knew his skill very well and was aware of every student. The class was really fun and paced well for all levels. I felt like I got a good workout- physically, mentally and spiritually. The facility was gorgeous and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. Definitely 10 star rating. Cheers to that!
The teacher Angela was motivating and so friendly. She took the time to show me and walk me through new poses. As a beginner, it was not intimidating at all to be there. I felt very comfortable trying something new. I love the cleanliness and smell too!
