The class queues were very descriptive so I knew what to do with every pose. I could feel the strength that it gave my body and the instruction was great.

The studio is clean and comfortable (not too hot) and Alisa is a fantastic instructor! I'm new to yoga but I loved that she was explaining the moves and continuously giving positive encouragement throughout the class.
