I really appreciate it when class ends on time! B is awesome so love her. I also knew to expect it to go over. I feel bad leaving early. It’s a trade off I suppose. :)
Melanie was our teacher and she was super helpful checking me in! I was having trouble connecting my account to the mind pose yoga schedule and so she took my name and said, “I’ll take care of this, not to worry! Go a head and go inside.” That was so nice of her to take care of it so that I could go in and prepare for class! Melanie was a fantastic teacher and I absolutely loved the SLOW FLOW she did! She’s is extremely kind and has a beautiful soul!
I went yesterday and did yoga for the first time in years! The instructor was so aware of my needs as an individual, and offered suggestions throughout the class to meet me where I was at.
The class queues were very descriptive so I knew what to do with every pose. I could feel the strength that it gave my body and the instruction was great.
