nice space and environment, good instruction, good difficulty level. My only complaint was that the music was a little too loud so it was difficult to hear the instructor.

The atmosphere at this studio is top notch. I always leave feeling inspired and rejuvenated from the careful guidance from the Instructors. So much sweat feels so good! Melanie and Ballie are a treasure.
