Have loved my First two sessions! Both instructors have been great.
Great classes, unbelievable teachers!
I love Mindpose. The only thing that I don't particularly like is that before class sometimes in Saratoga Springs, people talk in the studio while waiting for class to begin. Even if they are loudly whispering, it's very distracting for people who enjoy the quiet before the start of class. Sometimes the yoga instructors notice and invite people to continue their conversations in the lobby. Other instructors see it but don't say anything.
