You have exceeded my expectations. I have enjoyed each class, each instructor, each day I go to Mindpose. I have noticed a difference in all areas of my health, and I love it!

Diane is an amazing instructor and I have always loved her Slow/Meditate classes on Tuesday nights. I always leave feeling more grounded and centered. I love the sequences she chooses. I love the studio, the windows with the gorgeous mountain views, the aromatherapy, etc. I've always had great instructors and experienced amazing classes.
