I love Mindpose. The only thing that I don't particularly like is that before class sometimes in Saratoga Springs, people talk in the studio while waiting for class to begin. Even if they are loudly whispering, it's very distracting for people who enjoy the quiet before the start of class. Sometimes the yoga instructors notice and invite people to continue their conversations in the lobby. Other instructors see it but don't say anything.
Great instructors, nice facility
I loved the class and the teacher. You can tell she puts a lot of thought in to her classes. The studio was beautiful and clean/organized.
