The class was great!
I loved every minute of it. It was so wonderful. Probably my very favorite yoga experience. I’ve always gone to yoga classes thinking I could eventually work my way up to doing awesome stuff but have been disappointed when the class seemed so basic, like really dumbed down. Even though it was my first with you I could see yours offers room for progression. Lyndsey is great teacher!
Lynsey is an amazing instructor! Classes and intentions are always well thought out and executed. She knows and cares about what she teaches and it shows. Love the consistent quality of teaching at Mindpose studios.
It was a great sequence of poses for me. I liked the teacher and time of the class too.
I have been going for a few months now and have loved every class . Lots of variety and every teacher is different but wonderful. They make everyone feel so welcome. Can't say enough about this amazing studio.
