The atmosphere is amazing. I was very intimidated to start yoga but always feel welcome and encouraged.
I enjoy every teacher and the space you've created. The only thing I would suggest is teaching others (one person specifically) how to breathe quietly enough so that others in the classroom can hear the teacher (and their own breath)
I thought it was awesome!! It was my families first time, and I loved the temperature of the room , the cool aromatherapy towel and our teacher was so good. I really liked how she would come around to the side of the room or the back of the room when we were doing poses not facing her. And her thoughts she shared with us were really motivational and cleansing. I believe her name was Shiloh😊. Great class, we're going again tonight😊
