It was my first visit. But it was great and the teacher in training did a great job.
Awesome studio and teacher
It was my first time at kundalini and it was absolutely amazing. The instructor was so good and very easy to follow and learn from. She doesn't make you feel uncomfortable in your newness and learning and I really love the studio in Lehi. I have been to the one in Lindon and Saratoga springs but this was my first time going to Lehi and I absolutely love the location.
I appreciated that Deb spoke loud enough to hear the prompt and that she was complimentary and positive. The workout was great!!
The atmosphere is amazing! The instructor was really welcoming. I didn't feel any judgement, even though it was my first time ever doing Yoga. The class itself was calming and rejuvenating.
It was my daughter and I first class of yoga, we were very anxious because of it, but the class was beautiful and Teisha was awesome!!
