• Ashley's hands were warm and knew what needed to be done to massage out the stiffness of my shoulders. She applied wonderful pressure and firmness, checking in. Ashley guided me by letting me know when to breathe deeply to coincide with her movements to achieve results. I will be back soon for a 90 minute session instead of an hour. An hour is never enough massage time.

• I have had at least 4 different Therapists work on my very stressed back, shoulder and neck. I am difficult to work on and no doubt it was a challenge for them the first few sessions to get anywhere close to relaxing the knots from years of stress. But Bobby, Elise, Dasha and Eve were kind , thorough and highly skilled in their unique methodology to make headway in getting healing results. • Very convenient downtown massage, super nice facilities, excellent deep tissue massage from Alyssa. The receptionist told me they have 25 on staff - I was able to get a same day appointment. Great after those tough days at work. Will be back!
