I really like the way the substitute instructor had her a lesson. And I felt like it was such a great workout.My abs were feeling strong after. Good instructor!

I enjoy that several different classes are offered throughout the day. I also like that there’s a variety of teachers and no class is the same. The studio is convenient for me and offers class times that could work with anyone’s schedule. My only piece of feedback would be that I don’t love Trish (who I believe is the manager). She’s the least enthusiastic instructor I’ve taken and she really feels like she’s just going through the motions. She seems to teach a lot of classes and I feel like I have to purposely avoid those. Other than that, the studio is great!
