Ali greeted me warmly and took the time to find out if I had any concerns or injuries before starting the basic foundation class. Through the course I found her instructions to be clear and concise as she painted a word picture of how to perform each exercise. She walked around the class and provided specific and individual instructions with no judgement to ensure that every participant had an enjoyable and safe class.

I absolutely love this studio, the instructors care about how you do the workout to prevent injury and to do it right. I’m always being instructed on how to better position my arm or lower back etc. Also the studio is gorgeous clean and a space that I truly love going to! I recommend it to all my friends! Thank you
