I really liked Tehran's direction, how she gave adjustments but wasn't overbearing. And the pace of the Re:form class was perfect for me.

The instructor was great. She was watching everyone's form and made it comfortable to modify some of the exercises for people who needed to like me - i have bad knees.

The classes are always great. However this instructor was fantastic. I've been going to mp for years now and this instructor was so good at going around and helping people. I haven't had that much personal attention in a group class and it was amazing.
