I love everything about Mighty Pilates. The teachers are wonderful, the staff always so warm and welcoming. Cheyenne is ALWAYS there to help out. The equipment is well maintained and the rooms are very clean. Everything I could possibly ask for in a Pilates studio.

Ali greeted me warmly and took the time to find out if I had any concerns or injuries before starting the basic foundation class. Through the course I found her instructions to be clear and concise as she painted a word picture of how to perform each exercise. She walked around the class and provided specific and individual instructions with no judgement to ensure that every participant had an enjoyable and safe class.

The studio and instructors are wonderful. There is great parking and I can typically get into a class. Reception is also very welcoming.
