Ali is my main private instructor and she is absolutely amazing at guiding me to engage the correct muscles, good form, and easily makes adjustments if I am uncomfortable/struggling with an exercise. She is also a really great communicator about if she will be out of town or something, so this has been extremely helpful to me! I have privates with other trainers and taken classes and the quality has been great. Also, the front desk employees are always so helpful, kind, and patient. And Jessica is amazing and has helped me with figuring out my packages numerous times!! Thanks!!
