• I took the Advanced power class and my glutes are still on fire. Much appreciated. 9 vs 10 cuz someone asked for No sideline and No bridge work? Its an advanced class, meaning it's usually a harder class. No bridgework no side line, why are they taking a power class they should be taking a basic class
