Faith is so knowledgeable and works hard to customize her teaching to the needs of the group. I feel completely confident she will keep me safe and also give us a great workout. The room is bright and lovely and the equipment is clean and works beautifully. I have a lot of fun when I go to these classes. It's the perfect way for me to spend some quality time with my daughter on the weekend!
