I think charging a $10 cancellation fee for missing a virtual class is very strange and I don't see the business reason behind it since the money for the class has been received and virtual classes unlike in person technically have endless capacity. Would also like the online booking for virtual classes to work - I have to email to sign up. But I love the actual classes and wish there was a virtual class offered everyday.
