I don't live in Santa Monica anymore, but when I'm visiting I will definitely be back to Tehran's class. She ran a great class, and I got a fabulous work out, from an engaging instructor who clearly knew her stuff and also allowed me make accommodations for bad back. Great job Mighty Pilates!
