• You're an amazing person, the atmosphere is relaxing. The new salon is gorgeous and I love the open concept in the main area. I appreciate that you adapt to your clients if they're more reserved and quiet or if they're more talkative. The only thing I would say to improve upon is possibly offer a wipe to clean up left over pigment from the face. Wasn't noticed until after leaving and being in different light.
