• I came to Midwest Brows & Beauty because my friend has purchased a gift card for me for the luxury facial. I was greeted right when I walked in the door by Savannah. Savannah was very welcoming and sweet. Even though we had masks on, I could tell she was smiling behind the mask when I entered. She also did my facial and was great the whole time. The facial itself was amazing. I had had a bad experience a couple months ago someplace else and so I told her my concerns and she apologized for the last experience when it wasn't even her fault. She proceeded to tell me about all the products that they use and how they have very little chemicals and she didn't think I would have a reaction. That made me feel more comfortable about the facial. The room was very cozy and warm with gentle music playing that made for a nice relaxing time. She was great through the facial. She informed me about everything she was doing next and that's nice to know especially when you may not be able to see what the person is doing behind you. We talked throughout the facial about many topics. She was easy to talk to and has such a bubbly personality. I ended up scheduling another appointment with her in about a month and I am so excited to go back. Thanks again Savannah for making this a great experience! Thank you for listening and addressing my concerns, having a positive attitude, ready to help out in any way and being very knowledgeable. I can tell you love what you do. Keep up the great work!

• It's a little far away from my house, but the girls are so nice there. Microneedling is the 2nd thing I've had done (lash line with Sam was the other thing) and I would recommend both to people. They make you comfortable and do a great job!
