• The shop was extremely clean, the process was so simple and explained clearly (booking...etc), and Stephanie was so friendly and made me feel right at home. She was so professional but welcoming at the same time. She explained the whole process step by step and make sure that I was doing ok through the process. And of course... I LOVE my tattoo! Mine is a memorial piece in honor of my best friend and it's EXACTLY what I wanted.
