• I have had a good relationship with my stylist, so my hair looks as I wish and she has been thoughtful and creative. I also like the hair products I have purchased. I wish the salon well during the pandemic, also. You have been careful with precautions, so I felt OK about making appointments.

• The only reason I chose that score is because communication in the past has been less than average (my phone calls and emails not returned repeatedly) which made scheduling hard and forced me to recommend the salon with caution. It seems to have recently improved and the online scheduling I used a couple of weeks ago was great. I did receive the COVID screening form at least 12 times in 3-4 different messages, which was unnecessary and excessive. Seems to be some redundancy glitch in the system. Otherwise I love MBH!
