• The instructor was extremely thorough taking his time to explain how to get in and out of the poses which often one forgets to do. Also a reminder of how to breathe properly throughout the class was helpful. Speaking loud, slowly and facing the class rather than walking around the room definitely keeps me focused - holding the poses for the amount of time was perfect as sometimes the poses are held too long. This particular class on Friday personally was way too hot for me, however, everything else was a great experience.

• Even though the classes are challenging the incredibly feeling afterwards makes it all worthwhile. The teachers are great and always available to give you that extra help if needed. Very friendly and encouraging environment.
