The instructor Sandi? I think sorry.. was great, I felt very relaxed and comfortable for it being my first class.
Amazing level of yoga practice and depth of knowledge for the owner and instructors alike. The most comprehensive and encompassing yoga practice I have seen across the state and comparatively to the out of state studious I have been in the last couple years.
