The instructors are excellent and provide feedback throughout the class!
The instructor was so good to help me understand what I needed to do. She was very positive and encouraging. I had to stop several times and I didn't feel bad about it. She encouraged us to listen to our bodies and what I can do. The only thing is the time of day that it's offered. In the summer it will be ok but being so dark, I have a hard time seeing at night. I will work it out. Thanks for being so kind. Pam
