Super challenging class in the best way. Everything was manageable and it really challenged you to get to your best form. The instructor was friendly and informative and very talented at yoga. The studio is really nice, clean, and has a friendly staff! All the equipment you may need is there to borrow. And! The best part is the cool cloth scented with essential oils after hot yoga - it feels like a spa haha.
