• Every single staff member and stylist in the salon was friendly and professional. I left feeling like I made my new salon family, and this is the first time I have felt this way since moving to VA 3 years ago. Also, Elizabeth worked magic on my horribly over-processed hair, and offered professional tips in styling my hair at home. Sheree (spelling?) gave me the best shampoo/head massage I have had at a salon, and was super kind and friendly. I love this salon! Thank you for giving me such a positive experience.

• Because, as always , Michael takes the time to chat with me about my hair so that she knows exactly how to cut, color and treat it. She also provides suggestions based on her professional expertise that are extremely helpful to me. I would highly recommend Michael and her salon to anyone!

• I wasn't able to get an appointment with my stylist (Nino) -- due to poor planning on my part -- but I really had to get my hair done before traveling this week. I called on Friday and they scheduled me for Sat with Magenta, who did a really nice job. I am so surprised that the bench is that deep at Michael Helene and I didn't need to go anywhere else. I confidently recommend Michael Helene's!
