• Ava was amazing...I loved that they were willing to experiment to try to get the right red. Notes: The red coverage was uneven(some spots less red ...) they called it “dimensions “ but I would rather have solid red where we use red. Two their notes....still to much coverage. I have asked twice for brown hair with red chunks and instead you can’t really even see most of the brown until it start pinning pieces up...especially in the back. (Mom says “it looks the opposite..” red hear with some brown. Additionally, the blowout was not as I asked. Mostly a bob looking blowout look. This time was better but still not the soft curls I asked for. On the super plus side even with all the color and stuff my hair feels amazing!! Love Ava and hope to get it even closer next time! Thank you to Michael for finding the Red!!! Hope to use the Prevana next time.
