Normally I don't do testimonies but in this case I will make an exception. I am new to Miami and you were referred by a coworker. I called and made the appointment to have the car washed. The first person showed up on time but had some equipment failure. This stuff happens in business. I get it. What was great that you called and scheduled someone else to wash the car within a two hour window. While all companies have issues, good companies know how to rebound from unexpected issues. Honestly the car wash was as expected. The ability to deal with an unexpected issue is what why I would recommend you.
