• Impressed with the improvements I am seeing. Chelsea is very knowledgable and approachable. Staff is super friendly. Not impressed by the Health / Nutrition Coaching. It feels forced, doesn't include moderation, and seems as rigid about paleo/keto as typical Western medicine is about calories in/calories out. Did not find it beneficial.

• Working with MetroEast has been a great experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and miles above the care one receives via mainstream medicine. The food journaling and accountability helped me to finally cut out the garbage. I feel amazing and have much more energy from that alone. The evaluations were always spot on from what I could tell and the supplements prescribed have markedly improved my health. I would highly reccomend MetroEast to anyone looking to improve their health.

• Chelsea, Sarah, Paige, the Amy's, all the staff are so encouraging and affirming. It's up to us as individuals to stick with the program but they are the greatest of help in their educating.
