Metro Fitness is extremely clean with updated equipment and great instructors! I have only taken Pilates classes so far but I have used the spin room and the bikes are fantastic and I can't wait to attend the other classes. The gym is spacious, the woman's locker room is great too! It has a sauna, plenty of changing spaces and a nice shower. Oh, and a Zen Den that is relaxing and a nice transition spot between the work out and the rest of your hectic life :).
