• I have been immensely pleased with my first first experiences with Pilates at Metamorphosis Mind Body. I feel wonderful everytime i leave the studio and am very excited about getting stronger and more balanced. I am an older horse rider and have been learning dressage over the last few years. Pilates is going to be a perfect compliment to my riding. And it will make me a stronger and healthier person!
