• Hi I went on a cruise to the Caribbean last week, and while members in my group booked massages in the ship’s spa( along with high pressure to buy products), I decide to wait until I could get back to Metamorphosis. I had a Swedish massage yesterday on a frigid ,winter day. The warm , low key gracious atmosphere was just right. Kudos to my favorite spa, I am always on vacation when I visit here.

• I came for a mother /daughter special getaway and was not disappointed. Kira gave me a great deep tissue massage, my daughter had a Swedish massage, her first, and was spoiled. All the kinks were worked out and I was loose and relaxed afterwards. We both had fascists with Tania. She catered the fascial to our individual needs. We went make up free for two days afterwards so we could relish in the natural glow. It was a little pricey but it is NYC and they are located near Park Ave. and it was a special treat for my daughter and myself. Will save up so we can indulge and bond again next year.
