• Marcia (?) the Polish lady I had for my facial was fantastic! She explained everything well and offered but didn't try to push any products on me. We talked about the reason for my breakout and today, day two, my skin is significantly better and definitely softer than it's ever been! The owner's son at the front desk is very sweet, just needs a little more customer service training/practice. I made my appt for an immediate slot and didn't think it was necessary to collect my credit card info while I was literally walking there. I also saw him talking to a man about which facial he should buy for his wife and he could have sold a higher package with more authority in his voice! The man needed firm guidance🎁
